How to call Treble Dodging Minor
This page has been renamed from "How to call Surprise Minor" because the callings are equally valid for Delight and Treble Bob methods, and this rather expands the repertoire! Surprise, Delight and Treble Bob methods exist with both familiar over- and under-works, and not-so-familiar ones. I've added a few more 552s and 576s as well, so you can have a bit of variety in the callings, as well as the methods.
I am assuming that you already know how and when to call "Bob", and you know what H (Home), W (Wrong), F (Fourths), I (In) and O (Out) stand for (but note that some people prefer to use M (Make) instead of F, and B (Before) instead of O). This webpage, therefore, does not explain the callings, but merely provides a selection of suitable touches to use – not a comprehensive selection, just a few of the easier (short or repetitive) ones. None of the touches on this page have more than nine bobs, and singles are not used.
